Hans-Erik Olsén
Hans-Erik Olsén, born December 5, 1911 in Jonstorp, Skåne, died December 2 1983 in Kullavik, Halland
Hans-Erik was a Swedish artist
Most of Olsén's fantastic poster production was added at the beginning of his career. When he advanced there was less production of his own, but there was some extra knack for, among others, Svenska Lloyd and Gothenburg and Bohuslän's tourist traffic association. Although he was a well-known and respected poster-maker in the 40s and 50s, he is completely unknown today. Maybe it has to do with his signature, a stick man ... but if you see it from the side you can read HEO.
Difficult today but in the 50s everyone in the industry knew who was behind the poster.
